******* EMPLOYED AT RIVERSIDE HOTEL DURBAN

Someone went in my room and stole something from me in my absence.I kept the the DND sign all the time.I even told the cleaner that there's no need for her to clean my room as I was traveling alone and it was still clean. I realised when I was packing my bag a night before checking out.Out of shock I left the hotel without a word,then a week later I got really upset and I called and spoke to a lady named Safoora and related the story.She told she will investigate and get back to me,which she did.She confirmed that someone went in my room in my absence.She promised to get to the bottom of the matter and I've been waiting for the call from,it's been 2 days since she promised to call me back but she hasn't. Today 22/10/2021(Thursday) I've called four times and left multiple messages and she hasn't called. Is this how they deal with clients issues? I will make sure management knows and deals with the culprit accordingly. I will not set foot ever again in they hotel.
