Riverside Hotel Does Not Want To Refund Me

In March this year I paid for accommodation and for lunch booking, That I was hoping to have a celebration there. When I could see that things were moving towards a lock down, meaning that I could no longer celebrate. I asked the hotel for a refund its July now and still I have not been refunded my money that I had paid. I have filled in refund forms numerous times. And I have been in contact with them via email and filled in refund forms. And I even went there myself 2 weeks ago and still my refund hasn't reached me. I do no know what I can do!
