Restaurant service pathetic and ****roaches running on walls

<p>Been staying at this hotel using their conference facilities fairly regularly over a couple of years. The restaurant service give this hotel a bad name in the marketplace honestly. Clients complain, I complain. Service very bad in restaurant. You basically must beg to be served for example to be served with coffee or knives and forks or salt and pepper (the basics) Plus today a ****roach ran from the food station at breakfast on the wall. You CANNOT sell a 1 star and below service at a 5 star price. SA people work hard for their money and companies strugle because of economical climate and then we must experience this sort of issue at a so called 4 star hotel to crown it. No ways I am not happy and considering to move our bussines from this group to another group who wants to serve and perform well for the money they charge. I think this outsource company operating the restaurant at this hotel should be removed. Seen several complaints on several electronic media sites about them.</p>
