Refund

I made a booking with the hotel with the intention of going to a vacation unfortunately things changed for everyone when the state President announced Lockdown after few cases of covid-19 where confirmed in our country.. I engaged the likes of Roger Reddy who by far is the most useless person ever in the industry requesting for my refund as it is not easy to travel and to date no respond... I made my request just after the 1st case was confirmed and I was taken from pillar to post because I was calling the hotel daily to cancel but no one could send me the confirmation until it was sent very late so this ****s can get away with my money... This is the most useless hotel ever in life that they want to milk us....please people don't use this hotel at all
