Poor service

I just experienced the worst service ever at the hotel. We checked in with my family just before 9pm when we get into our room we order food coz we hungry after 6hrs driving. Food delivered but could not settle the bill immediately coz my wallet was still in the car mind you we haven't finish offloading. So i signed the slip added a room number to the waitress. Five minutes later we get two separate phone calls from Amanda at the restaurant that someone else completed the slip, my wife told her i her husband signed the slip, second call our room does not have credit, and then a knock at the door waitress is back for payment. All these interruptions we still eating. So i went to speak to the supervisor coz i was really not happy but found no joy from him. Our first night of our holiday ruined by riverside hotel in Vanderbilpark
