Poor poor poor service

My Uncle had booked 2 bedrooms many weeks ago. My Dad was to have his own room and my sister and I were to have our own room. Upon check-in today we were told that there was only 1 room available for the 3 of us to share. Apparently there are cricket commentators so there are not enough rooms available. What does that have to do with us, our rooms were booked many weeks ago?!. I am so so tired of this country and the poor service given everywhere you turn. I am beginning to despise this country because of people who run businesses like this. I don't even want to start with the sour woman behind the check-in counter. God please help this country and the poor attitudes of people in the hospitality industry.
