Chased out of hotel before arranged check out time.

Made to check out early by Mr. Masondo on 18 March 2019 after arranging early check out during check in on 15 March 2019. My booking was even extended to 22 March 2019, but he did not even take this into consideration. I had to book in at another hotel in order to catch a bus at 22:00 on 18 March 2019 as my girlfriend had to go to work on 19 March 2019. For recourse I want them to book me in for free for 5 days in compensation for their terrible service & waste of money & time on our part...
