4 star? more like 2

<p>I am highly disappointed in the "4 star" hotel. My boyfriend and I arrived on the 09th September. We went to have dinner and first the waiter was too busy on a personal call to help us and handed us over to someone else. I felt that was rude. My boyfriend then asked for a Castle beer and they did not have. He then asked for a black label and they didn't have. These being the most popular beers in SA. The table sheet was dirty and stained. We went to our room, decided to have a bottle of wine. We called room service and an hour later we only got the wine. And we waited another hour for change. The next morning we had breakfast. This was cold and we heard the head chef shouting at the staff to fix this. I thought that was unprofessional. That night we decided to stay in and order room service. I had the chicken alfredo. It was so bland. I couldnt even finish it. My boyfriend had the "award - winning" burger, he said it was only ok. We ordered another bottle of wine that night and still waited an hour. We left the room around 09:00 and came back at around 12.30 and the cleaning ladies had not visited our room, so we had to go out again so they could clean up. We had breakfast on the sunday and that was a little better than the previous day. Overall, I was disappointed in the service and general attitude of the staff. Will NOT visit again.</p>
