Don't get Married Here unless you want to be ******

I got Married here on the 18 of December 2021

when I arrived the Cleaners was still cleaning the venue from the previous night they did not finish while my guest started arriving. our wedding started at 12 and at 11 to 11:30 they where still cleaning and setting up

when myself and the grooms man where getting dressed 2 cleaners came to clean while we where there after they left myself and my Brothers Phones when missing Right before the ceremony started

during the Ceremony the person who stole our Phones managed to log in to our bank accounts and cleared out our savings and investments

after the ceremony we went back to where we got dressed the cleaners now have completely clean the place out and left all our stuff one side

our Wedding Coordinator was no where to be found most of the day and night when we finally found her and reported the phones ****** all she could do for us was to assure us that her staff would not ***** from us

after contacting the police and not receiving any answers from the Police we decided to carry on with the wedding and making our case the next morning

back to the wedding

Riverside Castle staff were not dressed in uniform and served my Guest without mask

the staff isn't very friendly and their service was bad

our wedding Coordinator did not help us with directing during the night and we where left to our own demise

dinner was served late and was only served when I ask

the Venue Failed to serve us our desert and made excuses when we enquired about it

all plates and cups where taken away before we could serve our cake and coffee

the Cleaners started cleaning the venue while my Guest where still there

needless to say my guest started leaving as they though the venue was closing 2 hours before our actual closing time

there is just no care for the Guest and the venue is very expensive for the service you get

I would not recommend anybody get married here or consider this venue for any of your events

unless you like ***** Experience
