Dishonest and ****
I purchased a Mercedes Benz and they told me there was a spare key, and that their were full service records and that they would fix a broken window switch as well as provide me with a touch up paint as well as rectify some other issues on the vehicle.
THEY DID NOTHING, they gave me a spare key that was from a different car and that does not work, and have ignored EVERY call of mine.
I have been back to their showroom several times and they just keep making false promises.

02 Apr 2019, 17:11I finally got my key that was promised to me over a year ago only after suing Riverside Cars and Laurence Sclanders.
Every promise by Laurence and his brother turned out to be a lie.
Run and hide from these guys.
