Worst service ever!!
If there was an option for zero stars, i would gladly give it! Riverside have had my car for 3 months, they have had more bull stories than a *****ed politician, told me tomorrow, friday, tuesday, next week more times than i can count. They waited for parts, bought the wrong parts, i have been **** to everyone that i have spoken to with false promises of when my vehicle will be ready. How Discovery still keep them as a supplier is beyond me!! Absolute ******* service, stay far far far faaaaaaaar away from them!

27 Feb 2023, 10:27Good day...please let me correct the entire story you have presented; I do understand that you are frustrated but we have been waiting for parts for your vehicle, this has been explained to you via SMS's and the phone (we have a record of all the times we have up-dated you) Mazda South Africa have a problem supplying parts to Africa due to the globe shortage they are supplying the larger markets first. your vehicle was on the verge of been a write off and the repairs were substantial, so a large number of parts were required, the Air/Con compressor and the front cradle were the major hold-up items, we have received the final part required to complete your vehicle's repairs. as soon as the vehicle is ready we will let you know, and it is receiving priority as we speak.Thank you Marc
