WORST PANEL BEATER, I WILL; NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

After waiting for over a month, my car was finally repaired, Yes I do understand that this was due to parts being not available.

When I took my car for repairs, it had tow bar cover, when I collected it there was no tow bar cover and I enquired about and I was told no it did not until they looked at the pictures that were taken and I was right. I was told that I will receive my cover by 30 August 2022, and I did not. I called on Friday morning 2nd September 2022. They said they have my cover and it will be brought to me. They took my contacts still no cover was delivered and I did not even get a call.

I called on the morning of the 5th September 2022, I was told that the system is offline, details were taken and I will be called back.

This is just tiring having to follow up yet it is their mistake. No one cares, all they care about its the money

Good Day...sorry to read about your concerns I do however feel its critical that the full and "correct" story is told as its very easy to publicly condemn someone inaccurately. Your little bumper tow cover cap went missing when your vehicle came in for repairs, we told you about this and we ordered a new one, when the new one arrived we called you again and agreed to go out to your location and fit it on your car and this was done on the 7th of this month. Perhaps the concern really lies with the fact that we would not fix for free the very poor old panel beating work on your vehicle, you were upset that we would not do this work while fixing the authorized work ( we did however give you a quote for it ) unfortunately no panel beating facility would carry out that extent of work free of charge. How I wish you can tell the correct story. Please read again, this has got nothing to do with fixing work that was unauthorized, more todo with the tow bar covered. Yes it was fitted after I have probably followed up 1000 times. You missed the whole point when responding. No one in the right state of mind would expect the panel beater to do the work for free. I was upset with your poor processes.
