What great service!

This is the second opportunity I have had to respond to the fabulous service I received from Marc and his team at Riverside Autobody. My newish Toyota Fortuner was caught in a huge hailstorm and the vehicle was substantially damaged. This was particularly distressing to me as I am extremely fussy about the condition of my vehicles. When Marc assured me that he would repair the dents without either spraying or damaging the vehicle I must admit to having been apprehensive. What a pleasant surprise when I collected the vehicle 2 days later - all the dents removed, all internal roof and side panels expertly removed and replaced and of course the customary explanation of exactly what had been done and the assurance that if anything was not to my satisfaction, they would happily sort it out. Needless to say it was perfect first time and I was very happy. Thanks again to Marc and the team for a job well done. If I were to offer any advice to new customers it is to involve yourself with the issue at hand and ask to speak to Marc personally - he listens and takes note of your concerns. Its all about communication.
