Very disappointing service!

They told me it would take 10 days to repair my car. When i get it they will have had it for 3 weeks! It stood in a queue for 9 days before they even started repairs. If they had bothered to tell me they were too busy to get to it, I would have only taken it in the day before they were ready to start. When you phone them you just get lame excuses. I am a very angry and disgusted customer! I hope I never have to take my car there again.
