Unprofessional and ***********

My car was in an accident, hit at the back by another vehicle at 80km, unfortunately the insurance sent my vehicle here. From the time my car was assessed and booked, the service was poor from the ground up. No feedback was given and I had to call in to find out what the progress was only to be dismissed by a very rude receptionist. Riverside is a panelbeater, for the life of me, I do not understand how they could fix the mechanical issues that were underlying damage that was picked up after the car was stripped. They obviously failed to not only repair the body but the mechanical issues which were repaired by an external service provider specialising in the brand of my vehicle. Not an apology for returning my vehicle in a dangerous condition, not fixing the vehicle to the condition it was in, just silence. Appalling! I will never entrust any vehicle of mine with them ever again.
