Slow Service

Failing to deliver to their standards seems to be trending for riverside auto body. I must say I am very disappointed with their service because, like most who have taken their cars for repairs there I was told to pay a certain amount inorder for the parts of my car to be ordered before they take it in. Fine that was done, a month later I call to follow up on my car I quote \they are waiting for a fog light but the car is done". how can you be waiting for a part when you said you ordered prior delivery of vehicle"
