Service Rescued by Owner

I have used Riverside Autobody many times and their service is fair but their workmanship is brilliant. Recently I had my wifes car sent in for repair and when I enquired after 2 weeks as to where it was I didn't get a satisfactory response from reception. I then called the owner (Marc) who personally check the car and said he would get it to me by the next day. True to his word the car was ready the next morning and my wife is ecstatic. I know business re busy and I appreciate the personal touch given to me by Marc and I will continue to use riverside Autobody for my repairs.
