Don’t ever take your car to riverside autobody , they take long to repair and they don’t care…Discovery insurance should stop using this panel beater as it will lose clients , Imagen your car being kept for about 2 months for just a minor issue , I am very disappointed I am even thinking of changing the insurance as in now , how can they take my car to this empty promise panel beater

We apologies for any inconvenience caused due to the time taken to repair of your vehicle. We do care about all our clients hens my reply.

*The vehicle has been at our facility for 3 weeks and it will be ready for collection tomorrow

*The repair was quite large and additional items were required after the vehicle was stripped

*The additional authorization and additional parts required extra time

*All this information was relayed to you via e-mail over the repair period

I hope you better understand the process and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow
