Lies and Pathetic Service
Don;'t take your car here. for 3 days, I've been promised that my car is nearly ready and they just finishing small touch ups. Today, I confirmed 3 times and they said it will be ready at 3pm. 5 minutes before me arriving, I get a call with a long list of what they still need to do on the car. So, basically, 3 weeks for not even a massive damage, and they still not finished with the car. I checked on the vehicle and also noticed that the mirror that they replaced on the vehicle, was a defective one. It doesn't give me a good feeling of such unprofessionalism. Pathetic, never again......

11 Apr 2022, 10:13Good Day...Sorry for your experience but Kindly let me "correctly" explain why you vehicles repairs were slightly prolonged, the door mirror supp**** displayed an incorrect electrical fitting and needed to be changed ( we have received 3 mirrors to date and all have been incorrect) We informed you on Friday that the vehicle would only be ready on Monday ( today ) due to the mirror issue, apparently your reply to this was you don't care, if i could also correct an item "you did not come to our facility" as you mentioned in your complaint, you did however send a drive to pick the vehicle up even after we explained it would not be ready, we offered your driver the opportunity to take the vehicle with the mirror not functioning but it was declined...as soon the correct mirror arrives we will up-date you Thank you Marc
