Great quality service - wonderful attitude!

My sincere thanks go to the team at Riverside Auto Body for a job well done and for such great service. From the time I brought the vehicle in for an assessment to them arranging a loan car (I had just cancelled my hire car option on my insurance) throughout the repair and finally to the day of handover, two people were prominent at all times. Firstly the owner of the business, Marc Wafer insisted that I view the damage during the assessment and was careful to explain all aspects of the repairs to be undertaken. He welcomed me inspecting my vehicle during the actual repair period and was at pains to highlight the quality standards that are in place throughout the process. I am an absolute fanatic when it comes to quality service and Marc obliged at all times. On the day of handover he was personally yet again on hand to go through the repairs in a very thorough manner. Magda keeps Clients informed all the way through the repair and I am grateful for her cheerful and welcoming attitude. Finally again, my appreciation to both of you for a job well done.
