False advertising on internet site

If looking at their online site including pictures of the place you would think it looks like any other backpackers hostel. The pics are really beautifull and for the price very affordable. It has 3 stars. I doubt this very much. This must have been the original fotos from 10 years ago. Now the place looks dirty and unclean. I surpose you will say go somewhere else, but I was expecting another room and then I get to the room it is no bigger than a match box ( 1.3mx2m).... then the window cant close and I am in a hall way with everyone walking past. Also the curtain is about 15cm too short for the window and looks like something has chewed on the bottom of the curtain....?idiot I am, I pay before looking at the room. Because I was expecting the pretty picture room. When I ask for my room that is pretty they say o no these rooms are all booked out. So I ask for my money back which I had only paid like 10 min ago. They say no I cant get the money back. It would just be decent of them to give it back. As I then left to find decent accomodation which now has cost more. I cant afford to loose the money I paid for the room. Very very unhappy.
