The manage nursing r of this place is shocking rude has no form of management s****s very unprofessional does not greet anyone that enters the building and is of no help this us one person that really needs to be replaced we have come many a times to riverglade and have had the most friendly staff all round but dont know what has happened to such a lovely friendly clean place that has gone to the dogs as they say in the classic horrible place horrible people
