Deposit amounts - i.e Higher than advertised). Also be aware that the daily Rent duration isn’t 24 hours. I have been caught out renting a trailer at 14:00 in the afternoon and when returning it at 10:30 the next morning, I was told that I had to return the trailer by 08:00 the next morning resulting in half my deposit being withheld (which is equivalent to the daily rent. I will most definitely not be supporting them again.
