Complete *******!!!!

I booked at the Nirvana Country House for the night of 23 April 2021. I specifically asked the person on the booking form to please add rose petals to our room. The person confirmed that they will be able to do that and it was not done when i arrived there!! On arrival while checking in i told Blessing that my husband and i are planning on going out to a booked dinner the night of 23 April 2021. Blessing told us that he will gladly open the gate for us when we leave. As we got to the gate (almost 4km's from the actual guest house) he's phone was switched off/ probably in an area where there was no signal. We waited at the gate for a full 30min!!!!!!! Eventually someone that was probably reporting for duty came and opened for us. We were so late for our dinner booking!!!! We got back the evening and the room was ICE COLD. There is a small wall panel heater that does absolutely nothing to warm up the room!!! The breakfast the next morning was not even average..... I think for the amount of money i spent on the one night this place is a complete *******!!
