Unprofessional

The management at River meadow Manor has been playing mind games on fixing the damages on my car as I was halfway into the property the security guard closed the gate and it scratched my rear door then Nico the manager said they will pay for the damages as he has been asking me to send quotations in which when I call the number doesn't go through and when I call the reception it's either he is in a meeting the whole day from 8am till late or he is off.Till today they don't want to fix the damage on my car
