I booked a venue and in writing this lady confirmed that she had booked the venue for me. After few days I request an invoice so that I pay. The next thing she says she won't be able to cater for me because she has two big event. Why did she accepted when I requested the quote according to my needs. Now she is forcin me to take options that I do not want. She gives preference to others who came after me. I don't compromise the value of my money and be made a second choice.
