River Meadow Manor - Still Waiting for Refund Payment

Booked a venue for a baby shower event in March that had to be cancelled due to the corona virus. The property indicated in March that they would make a refund payment and I still have not received this. I have sent a number of emails and made numerous calls but have not received any response!
