Royal guest house not so Royal after all!!

I was so disappointed, my stay at royal guest house was horrible. The staff is very friendly (Sibo and Tembi). There was no water during my stay and they had no measures in place to assist their guests. We had to find water for ourselves, they did not bother even to inform us. That place need to be renovated, in the kitchen there are ****roaches. Leo the manager doesn't have respect for guests, after he didn't know what to do about the water situation he offered alcohol to my husband we were very offended by his behaviour. My husband doesn't even drink alcohol, even if he was drinking alcohol how is he offering him alcohol going to solve the water crisis? I would never recommend the place to someone else. I was so disappointed!!!
