Feedback on accommodation

I contacted River and Sea properties in Witsand as they provide holiday rentals.I used their website sending an email requesting accommodation.A couple of days later I phoned since I got no feedback and spoke to Therese,I was assured to be called back as she was on the road,nothing.I have send her a whatsapp ,read but no response.Next day phoned again, no answer.Spoke to her on a later stage again was promised feedback as before but nothing up to date.Haven't seen such bad service before.
