Riveo forklift service from hell

Not forklift specialists as they mention. Very bad service with no feedback and return equipment in worse condition. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Asked them to refurbish my forklift gearbox, since then I have returned everything to them as they asked and they broke the torque converter. They could not fix my problem.
