STILL NO REPLY

I have put a report on Hello Peter on the 7th May but still no effort from Rivendell Properties to come back to me! It is a month now when the deposit was paid into our account but still no answer for why there was deductions that wasn't mentioned to us and also no explanation why and what had to be cleaned for someone to go and clean.<br> I would not recommend Rivendell Properties to anyone as they just pay an amount back and can deduct anything they want as they just ignore emails, phone messages etc. and don't tell why it has been deducted! Are Rivendell hiding something from us!!!!! I am not leaving this matter here and will take this even further than this.
