Numerous Emails But NO Response about debosit!!!!!

We rented a property through Rivendell Property and moved out the end of March 2015. When we went to see Garth to give notice he mentioned that there will be a penalty fee (because we gave notice before contract ended) and also closing inspection fee with we agreed to. I emailed also to confirm that this is the only charges and he rep**** and never mentioned other charges. They paid the deposit back to us but have taken money off for things they never mentioned to us when we gave notice (opening inspection &amp
