very poor and unprofessional

Company is extremely unprofessional, communication is very poor have to constantly follow up with them, and they make you pay for damages that is not your fault they don't follow the proper housing rental act they don't follow correct protocol of incoming inspections or outgoing inspections,

they made us pay for damages that was not mentioned on an outgoing inspection and till date took our money and have not even sent a picture of the damaged we apparently caused. They don't value clients, it's obvious it's all about the money, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
