Riu Cancun Hotel not paying refund

I have stayed at the Riu Cancun Hotel from 19 to 22 May 2024. The Hotel subtracted cost for 6 days stay. I was promised by two reception personnel that the balance will be refunded after my stay as I only planned to stay 3 days. I am still not refunded after 27 days
