WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

These people are TAKING/*****ING/KEEPING half of my deposit for repairs, but I am not allowed to see any inspection photos or invoices in regards to my deposit being *******LY kept. NO ONE replies to emails, if they do, they do not answer ANY of my questions. They HARDLY EVER answer their phones and above that they WILL NOT give me their address so that I can go and talk to someone face to face. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF ANYTHING THIS STUPID!!! Full of promises BUT they never come through!! Quick to help when deposits must be paid to them BUT when you move they are NO HELP.
