Service suck

Secondly, we would like to let you know that we have made and continue to make many changes to ensure that all our clients are looked after and have a great experience with us. It is difficult to make up for the mistakes people have made in the past and I can not answer for issues that I was not involved in, I can only ensure that we are moving forward and make sure these issues dont re occur. We can also assure you that our current staff are friendly and approachable and we all do our best to make sure you have a great experience with us.
