DO NOT PAY UPFRONT

"I contracted Ritznel Construction in September 2024 to build a cupboard. The owner requested full payment upfront, claiming it was needed to purchase materials. Despite repeated promises, the cupboard was never delivered, and no refund has been made. I have kept all evidence of communication and payment. Since posting my experience locally, several others have contacted me with similar stories of non-delivery. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against paying upfront to this company."
