Poor view, TV not working, phone not working

We came here expecting a 5 start experience. It has been something totally not unexpected though. We came to our room to find a few of some pipes and the back of some buildings. The TV want working and the phone didn't seem to be working. We are not happy here and ate not relaxed at all. I have stayed at some pretty good hotels and unfortunately this is not one of them. The Ritz is pricey but does not live up to the price overall. Please consider some other hotels when coming to Bahrain to dace yourself money and enjoy your holiday.
