****!!!****!!! Dishonest money making scheme

I'd like to really warn people looking for property in the Nothern Suburbs, Buccleuch to be exact. Be warned, Ritevest Holding are ********. I moved into one of their units in Jan and was so shocked to see that very month someone was moving out and a new person moving in little did I know their schemes. So this has discovered a way of making money through utilities, they will lure you in with their "reasonably priced" units,when you ask about utilities they'll tell you, it's not much, you'll receive a bill at the end of the month, somewhere around R500, and come month you receive a bill of R1500 that time you only stay in bachelor, alone, shower once, hardly ever at home. So you are forced to move out, you'll never see your deposit, your unit is advertised, another desperate person like you moves in unaware, pays admin fee too before moving in, the next month they move out also, loose their deposit. It's a chain, that's how they make money, from **** and ridiculously priced utility bills, admin fees and your deposit (because you sign a contract that says should you wish to move out before your lease period expires you loose your deposit, and they won't let you sign a lease less than 6 months). You get the same unedited email every month explaining that eskom overcharged the property, we need to reduce electricity usage blah blah, where as they know they are faking the bills. You've been warned, go there and you'll be moving out the next month. I've heard from the people who stayed in bigger apartments there that their utility bills would go up to R2.5. I'm referring to my experience at 14 Jane Road. I don't want them to contact me, I just want them to stop their scheming ways and do honest business.
