Shocking attitude of Ristretto Manager

At 9.30 today I called Ristretto for a booking for 6 adults and 6 kids. I was told there is no availability but I can walk in and wait 15 mins for a table which we did.<br> We were allocated a 6 seater table and told that the kids would get a wooden bench to sit on.<br> The kids made their pizzas and it was brought to our table, however after 30 mins the kids bench hadn't arrived. As 3 of the kids were preschoolers they were hungry and eager to eat their pizzas. We spoke to the manager again about organizing a table for the kids and we were disgusted by his response. He told us that he can't assist, \as you people "forced\"" your way into the restaurant and you now need to wait an hour for the table for the kids\"". On looking around their were kids benches available but he refused to allow us the additional seating. He was so rude that I am almost certain he is ****** by referring to us as you people.<br> Without touching our drinks or the kids pizzas"
