Poor management

We were regulars at Papachinoes until it changed ownership and rebranded as Ristretto.<br> <br> Today we waited an hour for our food which only arrived 10 mins after we alerted management. One meal was totally cold and one was a further 10 mins late in coming. After speaking to management we were given a R38 discount (only!) for our troubles. Our bill arrived with multiple incorrect items on it. Such a bad experience. I think this is the last time we'll frequent there, which is a pity because we've been regulars for 4 years.
