manager said my Prado specs was found.

I went for lunch on Sunday . Left my Prado specs.Phoned hour later and manager stated that he had the Prado specs, but they closed and I must come Monday. When I went today I informed another manager that I am there to collect specs. This manager asked if it was Prado specs without me asking. I said yes. He went to get specs. After 10 minutes another manger came to me with a pair of Raybans. He identified him as the manger who took my call on Sunday .Why was I not informed on Sunday that the specs was Raybans. Also why did the one manager today refer to Prado's. Just too many anomalies. Also why did manager yesterday not inform me that they have Raybans and not Prada specs. There is too many anomalies. Also why did these managers handle this issue so bad?
