Don't go to Ri'Stretto (ex Papachino)

On Wednesday, 6 December 2017, my team (18 or so) and I went to RiStretto at 13h00. At first, we were impressed by the ambience and decor. Then again time to order. The delays between orders of food and drink are truly legendary even as idle waiters stand around. Twice I had to get off my table and ask for service. I wasn't polite but I feel it is understandable.

Even the simplest orders take excruciatingly long. including my two shots. Each one took 20 - 30 minutes to arrive. The restaurant was almost empty. Finally when we ordered desserts, not only were they late but two were wrong.

Ri'Stretto is quite an up-market venue and our bill reflected this. I have to ask why anyone would want to continue to offer patronage to this establishment. Some of the other reviews that I have read about Ri'Stretto echo similar sentiments - poor service.

My message to Ri' Stretto management is this: either up your game or you will eventually be run over by less flashy competitors who treat their competitors with respect.
