Careful if you complain/query your ordered meal

A week ago I complained to the Manager Craig that the steak I ordered didn't match up to the menu of a 220g steak. Upon weighing the steak was actually 165g. The Manager Craig went onto explain cooked weight versus uncooked. He rectified my concern and brought me a new steak. Yesterday I ordered exactly the same menu item and again it didn't look right. I offered to Craig to have the steak weighed and if I was wrong I would pay the full amount as a tip to the chef(i.e. pay double for the steak). This time it was 180g. I told Craig that is tantamount to *****ing from customers and I would take this as a takeaway but I would like to speak to the owner. The owner John arrived at my table and without any attempt to understand the issue, rudely told me that this was the second time I had complained and he would refund me and I could F..k off and not come back.
