Taking advantage of a pensioner

<p>My father (a pensioner) purchased a second-hand/refurbished garage door from Rispeco on 16 August 2016 for a total of R7500. Steve Naidoo from Rispeco came to install it and when it was unwrapped from the bubble wrap, impact damage was found, so Steve Naidoo assured my father (Mr Basil Faught) that he would return to fix it once it was installed. Despite numerous calls by my Dad to both Steve Naidoo and Kuvesh Naidoo (the owner) who keep promising to come back and repair it, to date they have not resolved the problem. It has got to the stage where when my Dad tries to call them now, they just don't answer his calls! I think this is shocking treatment of a pensioner by a company who is obviously taken advantage of a pensioner! </p>
