Poor machine production

We are a printing company on the West Rand(AM Printing). Since obtaining our brand new Riso machine and after promising that this particular machine is the "Mercedes Benz" of all printing machines we experience numerous problems, like paper jamming resulting in production standing still. Whenever the technician comes out we're being told that it's the type of paper we buy at a reputable company and even after we were told that this paper is the correct brand. Did the company buy a dud or why do we keep on having the same problem over and over again. Frankly I would rather have the machine removed from our premises as this machine is obviously not cost effective at all. I will sincerely advise no one to buy this machine at it's definitely not worth all the trouble.
