Cellphone Insurance Claim

<p>Terrible - Terrible </p> <p>So last year late Nov my phone's battery crashed. I took it in to MTN Nelspruit for repairs. They took the phone and after 3 weeks when I phoned we were informed that Risk Guard will collect to phone from myself and not from MTN.. Meaning 3 weeks of a total waiste.<br />After a nother 2 weeks I evently got a claim number ans the consultants deeply appologized for the inconvience and yet a gain nothing happend. Till today 15 Feb 2017 I'm still stuck with my damaged phone and neighter MTN of Risk Guard is attenting to this problem,,, I highly consider taking this to the Public Protector.. Seeing that I still pay for insurance since Nov 2016 but I can uses it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
