Bad attitude & client services

We went to get a quotation & 3D of a kitchen that we required for a client. The consultant promised us a deadline time. It never got delivered. We sent an email to follow up, and got no reply. I called the showroom and the consultant gave back attitude that it is more complicated, and that I will receive it in a few hours. The consultant made it seemed it was my fault that I am rushing, but the consultant gave us his deadline. The second deadlined was not delivered as promised. And the lack of decency to notify that deadline will not be in time. Lack of professionalism and bad attitude. Taking my business else where & will not recommend.
