Unreliable and very bad work.

Even one star is too much! I used Rise plumbing a year ago. Marisa from Rise Plumbing sent a subcontractor, Mr Hans, to install new bathroom pipes and fittings. He was either late or did not arrive at all on the agreed days. He pushed off before the prep work was completed therefore the granite could not be installed. Marisa ignored my calls and emails and never rep****.. It was a long battle to achieve anything. A tenant moved in 3 months later and within weeks the flat below had a huge damp problem. I called Mr Hans directly, refusing to contact Marisa again and be ignored by Rise Plumbing for a second time. Hans denied that the damp walls and ceiling below and the damp inside the flat and the patio above the slab had anything to do with his work. The whole building was so saturated that a damp meter could not allocate the source. We broke open walls and ********** tiles and cut the water supply for weeks to dry out the disaster. It turned out after a 2 month battle that Mr Hans had installed the basin waste at an angle to the outside pipe. There was no contact between the pipes and therefore the PVC glue was useless. The wall beneath the basin and behind the large tiles was drenched with water. While on the job Mr Hans had also permanently arrived without the bathroom plans. He had cut the shower pipe too short. Then claimed it was no problem, he could extend it. This connection was inadequate, I suspect second hand and it actually sprayed water beneath the large tiles into the wall. We al;so found that he had used a rusted ***** to attach the shower pipe bracket.... and it was quite loose. Everything had been done in the most shoddy manner and very unprofessional. I sent Mr Hans pictures of the bad work. NO reply! Eventually I called him and he denied all responsibility. He murmured on about guarantees. As if bad work ever had a guarantee! Please do not waste your time and money with this company.
