RISE PLUMBING - UNAFFORDABLE

I called Rise Plumbing to come and fix a blocked drain and a leaking toilet. They charged a call-out fee of R350, which seems fair. However, I was taken aback when they quoted me R3000-00 just for those two issues. I had chosen them based on an adverti*****t that claimed they had affordable rates, but it turned out to be untrue. When I spoke to the owner, David, he refused to budge on the price, saying that those were his rates and I could either accept them or find someone else. When I phoned owner David and he said that is his prices so take it or leave it. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND Rise Plumbing TO ANYONE.
